Women's Golf Team:

After claiming its first team title of the season to start the week, the Alabama women's golf team will compete in its second tournament closing out the week at the Mason Rudolph Championship.

The 54-hole event Franklin, Tenn. will take place over three days at the par-72, 6,516-yard Vanderbilt Legends Club, beginning Friday morning at 10:05 a.m. CT

Men's Golf Team:

The No. 16-ranked Alabama men's golf team, fresh off a season-opening tournament victory at the Folds of Honor Collegiate last weekend, will return to action Friday morning when they tee off at the Olympia Fields Country Club/Fighting Illini Invitational (OFCC).

The three-day, 54-hole event will be contested at the Olympia Fields Country Club in Olympia Fields, Ill.

The OFCC Invitational will take place Friday through Sunday, Sept. 20-22, at the Olympia Fields Country Club North Course. The famed par-70, 7,310-yard track has served as host for two U.S. Opens (1928, 2003) and two PGA Championships (1925, 1961).

Former Alabama women's golf standout Jiwon Jeon celebrated her first career win on the Epson Tour over the weekend.

Playing at the Inova Mission Inn Resort & Club Championship, Jeon, claimed the trophy with a four day, 72-hole winning score of 10-under par 209 to win.

The event was played at the challenging El Campeon Championship Course in Howey-In-The-Hills, Fla.

• Schroeder Opens Play Wednesday at Augusta Nat'l Women’s Amateur •

University of Alabama women's golfer Kaitlyn Schroeder is set to compete at the Augusta National Women's Amateur Wednesday morning.

The event features an international field of the top 72 women amateur golfers in the world competing over 54 holes of stroke play.

• Women’s Golf Completes Opening Round at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate •


The Alabama women's golf team is in a tie for 10th place after Monday's opening round of play at the 11th annual Darius Rucker Intercollegiate.

The Crimson Tide finished the first 18 holes of the three-day, 54-hole tournament with a team score of 13-over 297.

Three UA golfers ended round one among the top-25 individuals to lead the Crimson Tide on the day. Kynadie Adams, Benedetta Moresco and Isabella van der Biest each tied for 23rd place with at 2-over par 74 to pace the Tide.

The three-day, 54-hole annual event is being played at the par 71, 6,281 yard Long Cove Club in Hilton Head Island, S.C.

• Tide's Schroeder Accepts Invite to 2023 Augusta Nat'l Women’s Amateur •


Alabama women's golfer Kaitlyn Schroeder has accepted an invitation to compete at the 2023 Augusta National Women's Amateur which will be held March 29-April 1 in Augusta, Ga.

Schroeder, who is among 70 of the top women's amateur players in the nation that will compete at the three-day tournament, signed with the Crimson Tide during the early signing period last November and joined the women's golf team as an early enrollee this January.

• Career Night From Davis Leads Bama to 76-69 Win •


A career-high 33 points from Brittany Davis, including 23 in the second half, paced the Alabama women's basketball team to a 76-69 road win over Missouri on Sunday. With the victory, the Crimson Tide improved to 17-6 overall and 6-4 in SEC play.

In addition to her career-high in points, Davis tallied eight rebounds, three assists and three steals to lead the Tide in all three categories.

Sarah Ashlee Barker also tallied eight boards in the game, while adding eight points and two assists. Hannah Barber had 13 points and two assists, while Aaliyah Nye had 10 points and four boards in the win.

Hayley Frank captured 26 points, seven rebounds, two blocks and two steals to lead Missouri (15-9, 4-7). Haley Troup contributed 13 points, while Ashton Judd had 12 points and three boards in the loss.
