Tuscaloosa, AL Career Night From Davis Leads Bama to 76-69 Win
A career-high 33 points from Brittany Davis, including 23 in the second half, paced the Alabama women's basketball team to a 76-69 road win over Missouri on Sunday. With the victory, the Crimson Tide improved to 17-6 overall and 6-4 in SEC play.
In addition to her career-high in points, Davis tallied eight rebounds, three assists and three steals to lead the Tide in all three categories. Sarah Ashlee Barker also tallied eight boards in the game, while adding eight points and two assists. Hannah Barber had 13 points and two assists, while Aaliyah Nye had 10 points and four boards in the win. Hayley Frank captured 26 points, seven rebounds, two blocks and two steals to lead Missouri (15-9, 4-7). Haley Troup contributed 13 points, while Ashton Judd had 12 points and three boards in the loss. |
