Alabama baseball was blanked by 12th-ranked Kentucky, 7-0, on Saturday afternoon at Kentucky Proud Park.
The loss clinched the series for the Wildcats and moved the 11th-ranked Crimson Tide to 22-9 on the season and 4-7 in Southeastern Conference play. Kentucky built a 3-0 lead after three frames, plating one in the first and two in the second. The Wildcats added four in the sixth to make it a 7-0 affair, the eventual final. |
