Matias Ponce De Leon and Enzo Aguiard paced the No. 18 Alabama men's tennis team (10-6, 0-1 SEC) in its Southeastern Conference opener against No. 7 Kentucky (11-2, 2-0 SEC) on Sunday.
Ponce De Leon and Aguiard captured wins in singles action, however Kentucky would go on to claim the match 5-2. Kentucky found an early lead with a pair of doubles victories on courts three and one, respectively. |

The No. 21 Alabama men's tennis team (8-4) recorded four-straight wins in singles play to upset the No. 5 Southern California Trojans (4-5) Sunday in a consolation match at the ITA National Indoor Championships.
After both teams captured a win in doubles, USC edged the Tide 7-5 in a tiebreaker on court three for the opening point. Alabama responded by winning the next four matches in singles play to clinch the victory. |

Tuscaloosa, AL The No. 21 Alabama men's tennis team (5-2) picked up its fourth and fifth straight wins on Saturday with a pair of 7-0 victories against Kennesaw State (2-1) and Tennessee Tech (0-4). It was the Tide's third 7-0 decision of the season with all three sweeps occurring at the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Tennis Facility. Andrii Zimnokh, Roan Jones, Zach Foster, Matic Dimic and Yair Sarouk highlighted the day with singles victories in both matches. UA also saw four different doubles pairings record wins during the day. |
